At Hot Cock Soup Publishing, we want your books to reach you smoothly and without hassle. Please read our shipping terms below:

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of being placed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Within India: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Select titles may qualify for free shipping. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

International Orders: Shipping is not calculated at checkout. Please email us at jade@hotcocksoup.xyz before placing your order to confirm the shipping cost for your region. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back to confirm eligibility.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Hot Cock Soup Publishing is not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
